Flavor: Notes of young grass, fresh soybeans, and a light earthiness reminiscent of early-harvest matcha, with a soft finish of dried seaweed.
Umami: Distinct, well-balanced, and easy to appreciate.
Sweetness: Gentle sweetness in the aftertaste, never overpowering.
Bitterness/Astringency: Very light, smooth with no sharpness.
Texture: Fine and even; dissolves well and creates a beautiful, creamy foam.
