Return Policy – Queo Bồng Bềnh

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if there is an issue with the product (e.g. defective, damaged, or incorrect item received).

Please note: We do not accept returns due to change of mind or if you no longer want the item after purchase.

Eligibility for a return:

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

- You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return:

To request a return, email us at heyyou@queobongbenh.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
If your return is approved, we will provide:

- A return shipping label

- Instructions on how and where to send the item

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items:

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

- The item is damaged or defective

- You received the wrong product

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:

We do not accept returns for:

- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

- Custom or personalized items

- Personal care products (e.g. beauty or skincare)

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange an item due to an issue, please complete the return process first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period:

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
Items must be in original condition — unused, with tags, in original packaging — and include proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
