Queo Bồng Bềnh dispatches purchases within two - three days and utilizes Australia Post. We are not liable for any damage encountered during the shipping process and lost packages however we will endeavour to contact Australia Post on your behalf to resolve any issues.

In certain circumstances we will be able to replace damaged and/or lost items.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees payable.
