Aroma & Flavor: Fresh grass, nut milk, white beans, kombu seaweed, and a hint of unsalted butter. The flavor is deep, clean, with a light creamy richness.
Umami: Exceptionally strong and full-bodied.
Sweetness: Thick, long-lasting sweetness in the finish.
Bitterness/Astringency: None — even when brewed thick (koicha).
Texture: Ultra-fine powder; whisks into a dense and long-lasting foam.
