Color: Deep jade green, vibrant powder with a beautiful, clear hue when whisked.
Flavor: Steamed young grass, white beans, with light notes of dried seaweed and subtle nut milk. The taste is smooth, the finish deep and remarkably clean.
Umami: Very rich, full-bodied, thick and rounded like a light kombu broth.
Sweetness: Clear, soft after-sweetness with a clean finish.
Bitterness/Astringency: Almost none.
Texture: Ultra-fine, dissolves completely, froths into a silky foam.
