Aoi no Seicha – Chiyo no Shiro

Color: Bright jade green with a fresh, smooth liquor.
Flavor: Steamed young grass, white beans, subtle glutinous rice, and a touch of dried seaweed. Mild and gentle taste that’s easy to enjoy.
Umami: Moderate — clear, balanced, not too rich but rounded.
Sweetness: Light, natural sweetness with a clean finish.
Bitterness/Astringency: Slight if prepared strong; dissipates quickly without lingering.
Fineness: Good fineness, dissolves evenly, produces smooth foam when whisked properly.
