Aoi no Seicha – Goku no Mukashi

Color: Deep jade green with a dense liquor and ultra-fine powder.
Flavor: Steamed young grass, white beans, light kombu seaweed, and a subtle touch of nut milk. Rich, rounded taste with a deep finish.
Umami: Very pronounced — rich, spreads evenly, leaving a long-lasting umami sweetness.
Sweetness: Naturally bold sweetness that lingers smoothly.
Bitterness/Astringency: Almost none, even when prepared thick.
Fineness: Ultra-fine powder, dissolves completely, produces smooth, stable mousse-like foam when properly whisked.
