Aoi no Seicha – Mugenzo

Color: Deep jade green with a smooth, bright liquor.
Flavor: Steamed young grass, white beans, light glutinous rice, hints of dried seaweed, and a touch of nut milk. Rounded, gentle taste with a clear finish.
Umami: Very distinct — moderately rich, spreads evenly without harshness.
Sweetness: Naturally light sweetness that lingers softly on the palate.
Bitterness/Astringency: Very mild when prepared strong; dissipates quickly without clinging.
Fineness: Ultra-fine powder, dissolves completely, produces smooth, beautiful mousse-like foam when whisked properly.
