Color: Lighter brown than Type 1, slightly dry powder with a softer, lighter brew.
Flavor: Gently roasted aroma with notes of wood, toasted rice husk, and boiled beans. Mild taste, not too strong.
Umami: Very light, almost negligible.
Sweetness: Subtle finish, not distinctly sweet but easy to drink.
Bitterness/Astringency: None; beginner-friendly.
Texture: Moderately fine; may clump slightly if unsifted, best whisked thoroughly.
