Akomeya Tokyo – Matcha

Color: Medium jade green with a bright liquor and evenly loose powder.
Flavor: Steamed young grass, white beans, light glutinous rice, and a touch of seaweed. Mild, clean taste that’s easy to enjoy.
Umami: Moderate — clear and balanced without being rich.
Sweetness: Naturally soft sweetness that doesn’t feel sharp.
Bitterness/Astringency: Very slight if prepared strong; fades quickly without lingering.
Fineness: Good fineness, dissolves evenly, produces smooth foam when whisked properly.
