Flavor: Notes of young grass, green bean, and a hint of roasted grains — clean and mellow on the palate.
Umami: Clear and fairly full-bodied, especially when prepared as koicha.
Sweetness: Light in the aftertaste, never sharp.
Bitterness/Astringency: Very mild and fades quickly.
Texture: Ultra-fine powder; whisks into a smooth, creamy foam.
