Kanbayashi Shunsho – Mikazuki no Shiro

Color: Bright jade green with a clear, smooth liquor and evenly colored powder.
Flavor: Steamed young grass, white beans, subtle glutinous rice, and a hint of seaweed. Mild, rounded taste with a clean finish.
Umami: Moderate clear and balanced without being too rich.
Sweetness: Naturally soft sweetness that is smooth and pleasant.
Bitterness/Astringency: Slight if prepared strong; fades quickly without clinging.
Fineness: Good fineness, dissolves evenly, produces smooth foam when properly whisked.
