Color: Pale, natural green.
Flavor: Clear tea notes with hints of dried grass and light earthiness; the aftertaste is mild and easy to drink.
Umami: Light and thin — suitable for daily use.
Sweetness: Very subtle, almost fleeting.
Bitterness/Astringency: Noticeable at the front of the tongue, but not harsh.
Texture: Moderately fine; best sifted thoroughly for a smooth preparation.
