Color: Bright jade green with a beautifully even and clear brew.
Aroma & Flavor: Steamed young grass, white beans, with subtle notes of plant-based milk and dried seaweed. The tea is smooth on the palate, with a sweet and layered finish.
Umami: Distinct and rounded, offering a full-bodied experience.
Sweetness: Naturally sweet in the aftertaste — clean, pleasant, and never sharp.
Bitterness/Astringency: Almost none when brewed with the correct ratio.
Texture: Finely milled, dissolves quickly, and creates a smooth, silky foam.
