Color: Bright green with a soft, gentle hue.
Flavor: Fresh grass, steamed greens, with subtle hints of soybeans and cooked rice. Light taste with a clean, easy-to-drink finish.
Umami: Light, soft, and well-balanced.
Sweetness: Mildly sweet aftertaste, not overpowering.
Bitterness/Astringency: Very minimal, mostly noticeable when brewed strong.
Texture: Fairly fine, best sifted before use; froths up evenly.
