Color: Deep jade green with a refined, elegant tone.
Flavor: Steamed grass and light seaweed, with notes of steamed beans and a subtle hint of cooked rice. The finish is smooth with a gentle creaminess.
Umami: Deep, rich, and full-bodied — exceptionally round.
Sweetness: Distinct and long-lasting lingering sweetness.
Bitterness/Astringency: Virtually none.
Texture: Ultra-fine, whisks into a smooth, clump-free foam.
