Color: Neutral green with a slight golden tint.
Aroma & Flavor: Young tea leaves, steamed white beans, with a hint of dried seaweed. Nutty and rounded when served warm, light and refreshing when cold.
Umami: Noticeable but not overly thick.
Sweetness: Subtle, with a clean and smooth finish.
Bitterness/Astringency: Light and fades quickly.
Texture: Finely milled; whisks into a stable, even foam.
