Color: Soft light green with a clear infusion.
Aroma & Flavor: Dried grass, tender cooked greens, steamed beans, and a touch of lightly roasted rice. The flavor is gentle and approachable.
Umami: Light, just enough to support structure.
Sweetness: Faint and fleeting in the aftertaste.
Bitterness/Astringency: Slight on the tip of the tongue when brewed strong.
Texture: Moderately fine; best when sifted. Foam is light and delicate.
