Teayame - Gyokuro

Moderate bitterness and astringency — holds its character well in lattes without being overpowered by milk.
Thick and smooth texture with a long-lasting sweet finish.
Great for lattes, cold-whisked drinks, or daily enjoyment.
Not as finely milled as matcha, so sifting is recommended when preparing.
Shade-grown like tencha (the base for matcha), resulting in a beautiful green hue.
