A Journey Through Every Shade of Matcha
There’s something endlessly fascinating about matcha the way each blend tells a different story, from the smooth, refined notes of premium ceremonial grades to the comforting simplicity of everyday favorites. I love exploring all kinds of matcha, whether it’s a celebrated, highend tin or a humble, lowkey find that surprises me.
For me, this isn’t just about selling it’s a genuine passion. I want to share what I discover, to taste, compare, and learn together with others who appreciate the art of tea. Someday, I hope to create workshops where we can sit down, whisk and talk about matcha and the beautiful tea traditions connecting Vietnam and Japan. Two cultures meeting in every cup.
