Ishimoto Kawaguchiken – Hojicha

Color: Light brown, clear liquor, fine powder.
Flavor: Gentle roast aroma, mild caramel sweetness, clean finish.
Umami: Low — mostly focused on roasted notes.
Sweetness: Subtle caramel-like sweetness.
Bitterness: Almost none.
Fineness: Fine, dissolves quickly, little foam.
