Color: Medium jade green; the brewed tea is bright and stable in tone.
Flavor: Young tea leaves, steamed beans, with light hints of seaweed and a touch of roasted rice. The aftertaste is nutty and deeper than Honai.
Umami: Distinct, round, smooth, and slightly rich.
Sweetness: Gentle lingering sweetness.
Bitterness/Astringency: Very mild, doesn’t cling to the tongue.
Texture: Evenly fine, dissolves well, easy to froth.
